NEW CULTURED DAIRY-FREE CHEESES

Our dairy-free cultured mozzarella melts, stretches and browns just
like conventional Buffalo mozzarella. All of our fresh dairy-free cheeses are best
consumed within 3 weeks, kept at consistent temperature from delivery to fridge,
though our lucky taste-testers all agree the flavor continues to intensify with age.
